LARy City Junction Towers

The Los Angeles Railway had something like 10 of these nifty curbside towers located at important trolley junctions around downtown Los Angeles.

I've been wanting to model one of these towers for years, and actually made a start of it out of brass at one point. But I couldn't get those six-sided walls to fit together quite right. Now, with the rise of 3D Printing, this tower is the right project to learn how to model for 3D Printing. So I took on the challenge:
